Insomnia for the past 15 years

i have an insminia complaint for the past 15 years beeing soffered insomnia...what typeof treatement i have to take..kindly give me the proper advice..

My left hand is swelled up

My left hand is swelled up and has extreme when my hand is in the downward position just hanging by my side.  I don't know if it is just badly bruised or if I have a fracture or break?  Any information will be helpful.

If this sudden onset, Immediately get medical attention. This may be cellulitis of hand. It can permanently damage nerves of the hand.

I was bitten by a centipede about 4 inches long

I was bitten by a centipede about 4 inches long, i dont have any hives nor numbness, burning sensation experienced but i did have a difficulty in breathing my bp is around 90/60. I cant afford to go to hospital for check up so i decided to search on internet.

Answer

Take paracetamol 1g 6hourly.  If the pain is not responding take diclofenac sodium 50mg thrice daily with omeprazole 20 mg twice.

Rub the affected area with hot water. This will destroy the venom. Do not worry if you did not got any allergic reaction then it wont affect your body. 

Sleepiness and tiredness and use of Animedox

We are married for 4 years and have a one son (2 years). I have a question my wife and me both having a symptoms like sleepiness even though has enough sleep during night , getting tired without doing any work at all , sudden anger for small reasons... we two are very much in to sex life and all time we try to keep it spiced up. but due to those above mentioned issues we are have some problems in keeping up the sex life. About 2 years back I was given a medicine called Animidox for same reasons. My question is can i use the same again for these symptoms ?

Since Animedox is a mineral supplement, there is no problem in taking it as your tirednes may be due to sub clinical anemia.  However, it is difficult to give an exact diagnosis without a formal assessment. Improving sleep hygiene may be helpful.

In  addition, sleep apnea can be a common cause for day time sleepiness.  Sleep apnea is possible if you are snoring during sleep. During sleep apnea you get low Oxygen levels in the blood due to blocking of respiratory passage. When you get low Oxygen levels then it can make you awake temporarily. This makes sleep less refreshing due to frequent getting ups. 

You can monitor whether you are snoring during sleep by using phone sleep noise recording apps. e.g. Snoreclock for android. Else ask from the partner. 

Dull, Throbbing Pain in left side of chest with headaches?

I am a 22 year old female. My pain starts on the left side in my chest, its sudden, moderate, deep feeling, dull and some what throbbing, and it does make it slightly hard to breathe. After a few minutes my throat starts hurting the same way, then i'll get a quarter sized headache slightly above my left eye that throbs too. The pain hasn't been too severe, lasts about 10 minutes, and only happens maybe once a week. At first I thought it was from exercising too much, but I slowed down on that alot and it still does it. I've looked everywhere to try and figure out what it could be and haven't had any luck. The only thing I found was maybe a narrow aorta because my 2 1/2 month old was born with that and I was wondering if it was possible that I have the same thing.

This has been happening for a couple of months now, not getting better or worse yet. I just feel really tired all the time now. At first I thought it was from moving in with my husbands parents because they fry a lot of food, but I don't eat a lot of it. I try to eat and drink as healthy as I possibly can.

First simple gastritis need to be considered. Try anti social acid medication and see. Try aludrox or digene two tablets thrice daily. If the problem is not settling then you need to think about other causes. If it is responds to Gastritis then you need to take anti acid medications such as Prilosec (Omeprazole 20mg twice a daily). 

Anxiety and prodep

I felt on Anxity and felt the brain is too busy as i am running for lot of work.  & have sleep problem  ! from long time i take tablet.frensit what can i do.now a doctor give me cap.prodep for one month,may i can continue it ? have it any side effect for sexulity

Prodep will help anxiety, but it will initially worsen some of the anxiety symptoms. But you need to take it at least one month to see an effect. It is generally recommended to take benzodiazepine such as Alprazolam for the initial period. 

Prodep have significant sexual side effects and it can cause reduced libido, erectile dysfunction. But a doctor need to balance out side effects and anxiety relief for you. 

Use of Fluoxetine (Prodep) 40mg in an elderly women

My mother 87 years of age suffered an ischemic stroke last year...7 months already, and she still cannot walk. She was an active lady, she feels very sad and depressed. The doctor at the hospital initially prescribed 40 mg Prodep, which I did not administer, but now I feel she may need it.  Is this dose too high, also how long should I continue before she feels better. I am worried because she seems sad and refuses to eat.

Fluoxetine (Prodep) usually start in the dose 20mg morning. There is little evidence that Fluoxetine (Prodep) more than 20mg is effective for depression. However, large doses are effective for obsessive compulsive disorder or anxiety symproms.

what can be used to reduce the black color caused by rubbing legs?

Answer

First you need to make sure you are not rubbing them in the future. Using a little longer underwear can help. Blackish discoloration can be treated with Hydroquinone cream. In addition isotretinoin cream can used. You can even combine both. 

But for females isotretinoin is not recomended as it can cause birth defects in pregnancy.
